• BA English Literature and Philosophy
  
• Twelve years of experience as an academic writing tutor, proofreader and editor
  
• Six years of English Language Teaching experience in Taiwan
  
  I specialise in academic English (EAP), and teach students to pass exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, Taiwan's GSAT, Cambridge and GEPT. Additionally, I help students to apply to English-language universities.

My approach to teaching is structured and systematic. I identify and target students’ weaknesses and build on their strengths while boosting their confidence in using English as a communication tool. Students have described me as being patient, supportive and encouraging.
